What Data We Collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. Through the inquiry and contact forms that is typically your name, company name, business email, country, product category, estimated quantity and any project details you type. If you email or message us on WhatsApp/WeChat, we hold whatever is in that correspondence. We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data such as ID numbers or payment-card details through the website.
Inquiry Form Data & Web3Forms
Form submissions are delivered to our sales inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email relay. The data passes through their servers solely to reach us by email; it is not used for advertising. We use the submission only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage your account. We do not sell, rent or share buyer contact details with anyone outside GloveMark.
Cookies & Analytics
The site loads no tracking cookies until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which guides and products buyers read, so we can write more useful content. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser. Essential functionality (remembering your cookie choice, a local copy of an unsent form) uses your browser's local storage, not shared with third parties.
Third-Party Services
To deliver the site we rely on a few external providers, each of which may process limited technical data such as your IP address: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Analytics (optional, consent-gated), Google Fonts and Cloudflare/cdnjs (font and icon delivery via CDN). How Long We Keep Data
Enquiry emails that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted in our periodic inbox clean-ups. Records tied to an actual order (invoices, shipping documents) are retained for up to 10 years to meet Chinese tax and customs requirements. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings, which we set to 14 months.
International Transfers
Because we are based in China and our buyers are worldwide, responding to you involves transferring your enquiry data to China. By contacting us you understand your message will be processed there. We apply the same confidentiality to every buyer regardless of location.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are based (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email sales@glovemark.com; we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This is a B2B trade site intended for business buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
