Custom Logo Work Gloves for OEM Programs
Plan embroidery, screen print, silicone or debossed branding around the glove construction, artwork and end use. Production route, sample plan and documentation are confirmed by style.
How Your Logo Goes On a Work Glove
Decoration choice changes durability, appearance, setup cost and sampling route. We review the glove surface, logo detail and expected wear before confirming which method is workable and where the logo should sit.
Embroidery
Works best on stable panels such as cotton, polyester, leather and fleece. Thread colours, backing and stitch density are confirmed from the artwork and wash requirement.
Best for: work, garden, winter, cycling gloves
3D Silicone Printing
A raised rubber-like logo can add visual depth or grip on compatible panels. Mould, colour and practical order floor are confirmed after artwork and fabric review.
Best for: cycling, gym, ski, mechanics gloves
Screen Printing
A flat print can suit simple spot-colour artwork on stable surfaces. Ink system, colour count and durability must be matched to the fabric and intended cleaning or wear cycle.
Best for: promotional, retail, garden, disposable gloves
Debossing / Heat-Stamp
Heat-pressed impression into leather or synthetic leather. No thread, no ink — just the leather itself. Works only on leather, split leather, and thick PU-coated fabrics. MOQ is confirmed after artwork, die and material review.
Best for: leather work, driving, dress gloves

Honest Sourcing Notes
- × A logo sample is a real production step, not a free mock-up. We confirm the sample fee, courier route and refund policy after seeing your buyer profile, glove style and artwork. This keeps the sample pipeline sustainable.
- × Not every fabric likes every decoration method. Silicone printing peels off silicone-coated fabrics. Embroidery on thin spandex punctures the stretch membrane. We will tell you if your chosen method is a bad fit — before we take your money.
- × This page is for complete glove programs. If you already have blank gloves and only need local logo application, a specialist print or embroidery shop may be the more practical route.
Frequently Asked Questions
What logo file formats do you accept?
Vector formats are best: Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can also be reviewed, but any redraw or digitising work is confirmed before sampling.
How many logo colours can I use?
Colour limits depend on the decoration method, artwork size and glove surface. Embroidery, screen print, silicone and debossing each have different colour and tooling constraints, so the workable route is confirmed from the actual logo file.
Do you offer rush / express production?
We can prioritise certain orders within our production schedule, but we do not offer a formal guaranteed "rush" service. The realistic timeline depends on glove style, decoration method, order size, material availability and current loading. Compressing QC is not acceptable.
I want my logo in a specific size and position — can you do that?
Yes. Tell us the placement (back of hand, cuff, wrist strap, index finger) and the maximum dimensions in millimetres. We will confirm whether your logo artwork fits the available decoration area for your chosen glove style before we cut a sample.
Attach your logo file and include the glove type, quantity, destination market and target date for review.
