Four Decoration Methods We Run In-House
Each technique sits in a different workshop with its own operators. We will tell you which one your fabric likes best - and which one to avoid if you plan to wash the gloves industrially.
Computer Embroidery
Up to 12 thread colors. Survives 25+ industrial washes. Default choice for work, outdoor and corporate gift gloves.
3D Silicone Print
Raised silicone logo doubles as palm grip pattern. Standard on most cycling and gym SKUs we make.
Heat Transfer Print
Full-color photo graphics, gradients, multi-layer logos. We use Stahls' Hotronix presses. Holds 2-3 years before edges fade.
Leather Debossing
Tone-on-tone debossing into the leather itself - lasts the life of the glove. Tooling: USD 60-120 per die, ours to keep.
How an Order Moves Through the Factory
Five Stages, Roughly 25-35 Working Days
The honest version. Sample approval to ex-works for a typical 3,000-pair order with embroidery on a stock fabric. Faster in Jan-Feb; add 3-5 days in Sep-Oct.

Cutting Day 1-4
Hydraulic die-cut press for leather; Bullmer auto-cutter for woven fabric. Lao Wang and his two apprentices run the cutting room - 5,000-8,000 pairs of panels per day.

Decoration Day 3-9
Tajima TMEZ-SC1501 (15-needle) for embroidery, Sefa & ROQ for screen print, custom press for silicone deboss. Logo applied on flat panels before stitching - much cleaner finish.

Stitching Day 6-22
JUKI DDL-9000C lockstitch and Brother BAS-311HN bar-tackers. Average operator runs 180-240 pairs/day depending on style complexity. Line leader Ms. Liu checks every 50th pair.

QC & Packing Day 20-30
Three-stage check: incoming material, mid-line at 50%, pre-shipment AQL 1.5 per ISO 2859-1. Third-party inspectors (SGS/BV/ITS) welcome - we host, you pay them direct.

Dispatch Day 28-35
Trucks to Ningbo port (3 hrs) or Shanghai (5 hrs). For EU buyers we also book Yiwu-Hamburg block trains (18-21 days). Bill of lading copy sent the day the container loads.

Things We Are Not the Right Factory For
We turn down 5-10 enquiries a month because we are not a good fit. Better to say it on the homepage than waste both sides' time on a discovery call.
×Surgical & sterile medical gloves - we are not ISO 13485 certified and never have been. Try a Malaysian or Sri Lankan dedicated factory.
×Sub-USD 0.30 nitrile examination gloves - margins on commodity nitrile have not made sense for us since 2022. We still do printed-box private label above USD 0.55/pair.
×50-pair gift orders - the email always sounds polite, but MOQ for any decoration is 300. We will refer you to a trader instead.
×Boxing, batting, keeper or specialty padded gloves - those need foam moulding tooling we do not own.
×"Cheapest possible" tenders with no technical spec - if price is the only deciding factor, a 50-worker Anhui factory will beat us by 15-20%. We compete on consistency, not floor price.
A note from the founder
If you have read this far - thank you. Most factory websites overpromise; ours is built to do the opposite. We are an 18-year-old mid-sized factory of 263 people. We are not the cheapest in Yiwu and we ship roughly 220 containers a year, not 2,200.
If you import gloves seriously - if the cost of a delayed container matters more than 5 cents per pair - we will probably get along. If your only question on the first email is "what is your best price", a different factory will suit you better.
