Before you write

What to Put in Your First Email

Skip the "interested in quote" template - that gets a template back. The more of the below you can include, the faster and more useful our reply.

  1. Product & reference - a sentence on the glove (e.g. "fingerless road cycling glove, gel palm") plus 1-3 reference images or a tech-pack PDF. Competitor product photos are fine; we will not copy a registered design but we can match construction.
  2. Decoration method & logo - embroidered? Silicone printed? Heat transfer? Send the logo as AI/EPS/PDF. PNG works at 300dpi+.
  3. Target quantity - one number is enough. "5,000 pairs for a first run, 20-30k/year if it works" tells us more than "MOQ please".
  4. Where it ships to - port name or country. Affects freight, duty, and which compliance docs you need.
  5. Target retail price (if you know it) - lets us tell you immediately whether the spec fits the price, or whether one needs to flex.
  6. In-DC / on-shelf date - working backwards from this, we can tell you the latest day to confirm sample & deposit.

A first email with all six points usually gets a quote back the same working day. Missing #1 or #3 means we will reply with questions instead - costs both sides 24-48 hours.

How fast will I get a reply?

If your email lands during CST working hours (Mon-Sat 08:30-18:00) you usually get a substantive reply the same day. Outside those hours, expect a reply the next working morning. We answer roughly 95% of first enquiries within one working day.

Can I get a sample before I commit to an order?

Yes. For verified B2B buyers we ship 1-2 reference samples free - you cover the courier, around USD 35 to most countries. A custom mock-up with your own logo runs USD 60-120 depending on decoration, refunded against your first PO.

What is your minimum order quantity?

300 pairs on stock fabric with embroidery or screen print. 1,500-2,000 pairs for fully custom patterns needing new tooling. 50 cartons for nitrile disposables. Tell us the style and we will give you the exact floor for that product.

Do you sign NDAs and protect my designs?

We do. We will sign your NDA before you send a tech-pack, and we do not reuse a buyer's custom pattern, last, or artwork for anyone else. We will not copy a registered design, but we can match construction on a reference sample you own.

Which languages can the sales team handle?

English and Mandarin natively. Spanish and basic German are handled via a translator on calls. Written quotes, PIs and spec sheets are issued in English by default.
