Heavy-duty leather and synthetic gloves for construction, logistics and warehousing.
A small-batch OEM/ODM glove factory in Zhejiang. We ship branded work, safety, cycling, ski and nitrile gloves to 472 active accounts in 39 countries - mostly Europe and North America. MOQ 300 pairs on stock fabric, lab-dipped Pantones, and replies from a human within one working day.

Seven product families, around 200 active styles. We do not pretend to make everything - if you ask for cricket batting gloves or surgeon's gloves, we will refer you to a factory that does them properly.

This is the buyer's path, not the factory floor. No account to open and no commitment to get a price - most projects go from first email to an approved sample in under two weeks.
Email your logo (AI, EPS, PDF or hi-res PNG) with the glove type, target market and rough quantity. A tech pack helps, but a reference photo is enough to start.
Day 0A line-item price band comes back within one working day, then a lab-dipped, logo-applied sample in your actual fabric and Pantone.
Sample in 7-10 daysCheck fit, colour, decoration and packaging in hand. We revise once at no charge and never start bulk until you sign off.
Your callCut, decorate, stitch, three-stage QC, then FOB / EXW / DDP out of Ningbo, Shanghai or Yiwu rail - BL copy the day the container loads.
25-35 daysSame factory, same QC, whatever stage you are at. Most brands start with a trial and grow into a standing program - 71% of our FY2025 revenue came from accounts active more than two years.
Prove the quality before you commit a container.
A real private-label range, retail-ready.
Standing SKUs on a forecast, container by container.
Each technique sits in a different workshop with its own operators. We will tell you which one your fabric likes best - and which one to avoid if you plan to wash the gloves industrially.

Up to 12 thread colors. Survives 25+ industrial washes. Default choice for work, outdoor and corporate gift gloves.

Raised silicone logo doubles as palm grip pattern. Standard on most cycling and gym SKUs we make.

Full-color photo graphics, gradients, multi-layer logos. We use Stahls' Hotronix presses. Holds 2-3 years before edges fade.

Tone-on-tone debossing into the leather itself - lasts the life of the glove. Tooling: USD 60-120 per die, ours to keep.
The honest version. Sample approval to ex-works for a typical 3,000-pair order with embroidery on a stock fabric. Faster in Jan-Feb; add 3-5 days in Sep-Oct.

Hydraulic die-cut press for leather; Bullmer auto-cutter for woven fabric. Lao Wang and his two apprentices run the cutting room - 5,000-8,000 pairs of panels per day.

Tajima TMEZ-SC1501 (15-needle) for embroidery, Sefa & ROQ for screen print, custom press for silicone deboss. Logo applied on flat panels before stitching - much cleaner finish.

JUKI DDL-9000C lockstitch and Brother BAS-311HN bar-tackers. Average operator runs 180-240 pairs/day depending on style complexity. Line leader Ms. Liu checks every 50th pair.

Three-stage check: incoming material, mid-line at 50%, pre-shipment AQL 1.5 per ISO 2859-1. Third-party inspectors (SGS/BV/ITS) welcome - we host, you pay them direct.

Trucks to Ningbo port (3 hrs) or Shanghai (5 hrs). For EU buyers we also book Yiwu-Hamburg block trains (18-21 days). Bill of lading copy sent the day the container loads.

We are not the cheapest factory in Yiwu - that race we lost in 2014 and stopped running. We try to be the one that ships when promised, replies before lunch, and refunds without a fight when something goes wrong.
Lower than the 1,000-pair industry norm because we keep 14 common fabrics on the shelf. Custom fabric still needs 1,500+.
Honest range, sample approval to ex-works. Slower in Sep-Oct (peak season). We will tell you up front when we cannot hit a date.
Free up to 2 rounds. Physical lab-dip shipped before bulk dyeing - never approve colour from a screen photo.
AQL 1.5 pre-shipment inspection. Audited by SGS & Intertek for several brand customers. Reports available on request.
Roughly, by the numbers
FY2024 we shipped 8.4 million pairs from three small workshops in Yiwu — about 71% of that revenue came from accounts who had bought from us at least once before. We are 18 years in, currently exporting to 39 countries, and have made every gross profit number on this page a real number, not a marketing rounded one.
— Audited bookkeeping by Lixin CPA Yiwu, FY closes 31 December. Numbers re-verified May 2026.
A live-ish snapshot of recent outbound containers. Buyer names anonymised to first initial + country; quantities and ports are real. Updated roughly the first Monday of each month.
The mix moves year-to-year. Safety was 18% in 2019, spiked to 41% in 2020-21 with COVID demand, settled at 26% in 2024. Disposables went the other way: 60%+ at peak, now back to a single dedicated line.
We turn down 5-10 enquiries a month because we are not a good fit. Better to say it on the homepage than waste both sides' time on a discovery call.
If you have read this far - thank you. Most factory websites overpromise; ours is built to do the opposite. We are an 18-year-old mid-sized factory of 263 people. We are not the cheapest in Yiwu and we ship roughly 220 containers a year, not 2,200.
If you import gloves seriously - if the cost of a delayed container matters more than 5 cents per pair - we will probably get along. If your only question on the first email is "what is your best price", a different factory will suit you better.
Either way, write in. I read most of the new-enquiry replies on Friday afternoons before sign-off.
Three buyers, three different starting points. The figures are real account numbers; names are used with permission.
A German cycling brand wanted reflective embroidery sharper than their previous Portuguese supplier, without paying EU prices.
Re-digitised the wordmark for a 15-needle Tajima head, matched the reflective thread, locked one stock fabric and one Pantone.
A US safety distributor needed consistent cut-resistant gloves with private-label boxes and dependable AQL across repeat POs.
A standing HPPE line at AQL 1.5. When a 2022 batch had a cuff defect we refunded the 1,200 affected pairs unprompted.
A UK outdoor retailer needed a full autumn range - 7 styles, 3 colourways each - hangtagged and polybagged for shelf.
Ran every SKU in parallel with 4-language hangtags and retail polybags. A Pantone resample cost 4 days; they still hit their in-DC date.
We started with a 600-pair trial in 2019 and now run two containers a year of the same cycling glove SKU. The embroidery on our reflective wordmark is sharper than what we got from a Portuguese supplier - and Vivian on the sales side actually reads my emails before replying.
218,400 pairs across 14 POs since 2020. One batch in 2022 had a stitching defect on the cuff and they refunded the affected 1,200 pairs without me asking twice - that's when I knew this was a real partner, not a trader.
Multi-SKU launch for our autumn outdoor range: 7 styles, 3 colourways each, hangtags in 4 languages, retail-ready polybags. Lead time slipped 4 days because of a Pantone resample but we still hit our in-DC date. Booking the spring drop with them next month.
Most useful briefs include: target market, decoration method, reference photos or tech-pack, rough quantity, and your in-DC date. We will reply in plain English with a realistic price band and a lead-time we can actually hold.
Send Us a BriefAttach your artwork and the form goes straight to Vivian Zhao (our senior sales manager) and her two colleagues. Most messages get a substantive reply within one working day - sometimes faster if it lands before 17:00 CST. For verified B2B buyers we waive sample fees on the first reference pair.

Practical knowledge for importers, brand owners and procurement teams sourcing gloves from China.

A side-by-side comparison of cost, durability, color fidelity and minimums for the four most popular glove decoration techniques.

From BSCI audits to financial health checks - the due-diligence framework every serious B2B buyer should run before placing the first PO.

Leather, HPPE, nitrile, neoprene, Kevlar - we break down the eight most common glove materials with use cases and price ranges.
The questions Vivian and the sales team answer most often, from importers and brand owners placing a first order with a Yiwu glove factory.
Send a short brief to sales@glovemark.com with your target glove type, decoration method (embroidery, 3D silicone print, debossing or heat transfer), target quantity and ship-to country. As an OEM glove manufacturer China-based in Yiwu we'll come back within one working day with FOB / EXW / DDP pricing, custom logo gloves samples timeline and the next available production slot.
We're a low MOQ custom gloves manufacturer — the standard MOQ is 300 pairs per style/color/size for embroidered or heat-transfer logos, and 500 pairs for 3D silicone-printed or debossed designs. We accept small batch custom gloves runs for startups testing the market, which is why a meaningful share of our 472 active accounts started below 1,000 pairs.
Four in-house techniques on every order: custom embroidered gloves (15-needle Tajima machines), 3D silicone print on gloves (raised glossy logo, 200+ Pantone matches), debossed leather glove logo on cowhide or pigskin, and heat transfer glove logo for fine multi-color artwork. We do not subcontract decoration — every silicone printed gloves and embroidered gloves bulk order is done in-house.
Both — we operate as an OEM ODM glove factory. About 64% of 2025 volume was OEM (you provide tech-pack, we manufacture custom logo gloves to spec) and 36% ODM (you choose from our existing 240+ moulds and we apply your brand). We also handle private label gloves manufacturer projects and white label gloves under your own carton and barcode.
We're an ISO 9001:2015 / BSCI audited glove manufacturer. Cut-resistant lines pass CE EN388 (4544C) and ANSI/ISEA 105 (A4) testing through SGS Shanghai, and the disposable line is FDA 510(k)-cleared for nitrile examination gloves. We're set up for the 14 EU and US compliance audits buyers run on a vetted China glove factory.
Standard custom logo gloves production runs 25-35 working days from confirmed deposit to packed cartons FOB Ningbo. Add 7-10 days for samples and lab-dip approval. Bulk gloves winter orders booked Mar-Jun typically ship on the shorter end; cut-resistant gloves bulk and ski/snowboard programmes booked Jul-Sep need the longer window.
Yes — verified B2B buyers (active website, business email, real shipping address) get one free reference set of 2-3 stock styles. Logo-decorated sample with your artwork is USD 50-120 depending on method, refunded against your first PO above 1,000 pairs. We don't send out samples blind because a serious importer wouldn't ask without specifics.
All three. FOB Ningbo is the default for buyers with their own freight forwarder. EXW Yiwu suits buyers consolidating multiple Yiwu suppliers. DDP (delivered duty paid) is available for the US, UK and EU on orders above 5,000 pairs — we handle customs, duty and last-mile to your DC.
