Four decoration techniques actually live in our workshops - embroidery, screen print, silicone deboss and heat transfer. We will tell you which one fits your fabric and end-use; sometimes that means recommending a technique that costs us less, because gloves outlive the season they ship in.

We keep 14 fabrics in stock at any time - mostly goatskin, cowhide split, synthetic PU, 13G HPPE knit and a few specialty bases. Anything outside that needs 7-15 days extra lead time for raw-material in. Updated quarterly based on what buyers actually order.

HPPE 7G/10G/13G, Kevlar aramid, glass-fiber composites.
Nitrile foam, sandy nitrile, PU, latex, neoprene.
3M Thinsulate, fleece, micro-fur, Primaloft alternatives.
Vector AI/EPS is ideal; high-res PNG works too. We will come back with a digital mock-up on the actual product photo, a per-pair price for two MOQ tiers, and a realistic setup-fee breakdown if new tooling is needed.
Request a Mock-upIt depends on the fabric and end-use. Embroidery suits leather, work and gift gloves; 3D silicone print suits sports, cycling and gym gloves and adds grip; heat transfer handles photographic full-colour artwork; leather debossing gives a premium tone-on-tone finish. Send us the glove and the logo and we will recommend the method that survives the product's real life, even when it is the cheaper one for us.
Embroidery has a one-time digitising fee of USD 45-80. Silicone print needs a screen setup of USD 120-200 per colour. Heat transfer film setup is USD 30-60. Leather debossing needs a brass die at USD 60-120. These are one-off per design; reorders of the same logo carry no new setup.
Yes. Pantone matching is standard above 1,000 pairs. We run free lab dips on knit yarn, woven fabric and silicone ink, and photograph them under D65 daylight for your sign-off before mass production.
Vector AI or EPS is ideal because it scales cleanly to any decoration size. A high-resolution PNG at 300dpi or more also works for most methods. For embroidery we convert your file to a stitch file (the digitising step); for silicone and heat transfer we work from the vector directly.
Almost always. Every product line accepts at least one decoration method, and most accept several. The exception is placement near a touchscreen fingertip or a high-flex seam, where we will suggest moving the logo to a stable panel so it does not crack, pucker, or break a glove function.
