Nitrile exam and industrial gloves are a commodity — but packaging, consistency, and the supply chain around them are not. We run one dedicated nitrile line (Workshop C, 4,460 m²) alongside our cut-resistant dipping lines. It is not the biggest line in Yiwu, and we do not pretend it is. What we offer is a single, consistent supplier with batch-level traceability and private-label box printing — no traders, no middlemen, no mystery sourcing.

Sourcing Honesty — What We Do Not Sell
- × Sub-USD 0.03/pair commodity nitrile. Margins on bottom-dollar nitrile have not made sense for us since 2022. We compete on consistent quality, traceability, and private-label boxing — not floor price. A 50-worker Anhui factory will beat us by 15-20% on price alone.
- × Surgical / sterile gloves. We are not ISO 13485 certified for sterile production and never have been. Try a Malaysian or Sri Lankan dedicated surgical-glove factory.
- × Spot-buy 100-box lots. We only sell direct to brands, distributors, and importers — not via Alibaba to end-consumers. If you need a single carton, a trader will serve you better.

What thickness should I choose for my application?
3 mil is the lightest, used for quick examinations and food handling where touch sensitivity matters. 4 mil is the standard for medical exams. 5 mil is our most popular bulk option for industrial use — balances durability with cost. 6 mil is for heavy-duty chemical handling and mechanics. We recommend sampling two thicknesses side by side before committing a container.
How does private-label boxing work?
You provide your artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF). We confirm dielines, print method, carton layout, barcode needs, MOQ and lead time after reviewing the SKU and current packaging file.
What is your inspection and documentation policy?
Inspection level, batch documents and certification files are confirmed by SKU, intended market and the current supplier file. Third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment when you need independent release.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Usually yes, but the practical mix depends on SKU, colour, packaging, carton plan and current production schedule. Send the size curve and target volume so we can confirm a realistic split.
